INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

• Posters to be mounted by 08:00 and removed by 17:00 on Tuesday, November 3-6, 2009.
• Poster presenters should refer to the list of poster presentations in the Final Program for their board numbers.
• T he Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed by the end of the sessions on the allocated presentation day.
• Poster presenters are requested to be present at their designated poster board(s) during breaks and poster sessions to answer questions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF POSTER

• It is recommended to prepare your poster on one sheet of laminated paper.
  Alternatively presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.
• It is recommended that your poster not be larger than 90cm width x 110cm.
• Each poster should have an abstract in English.
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
• The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
• Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.

Please use the board with the same number.
